I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. Considering the prices, I wasn't expecting much, but I found the rates to be quite reasonable for what we got. The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to a supermarket and situated on the way to California Coast. This made it easy for us to stock up on supplies and continue our journey without any hassle. The staff at this hotel were attentive and provided good service throughout our stay. They were friendly and helpful, making sure that all our needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory. We had everything we needed, from a functional microwave to a TV. While the furniture may have been slightly mismatched, it was comfortable enough for a short stay.

They did get a hair dryer. Changed out the coffee pot and replaced the shower faucet

No elevator to second level. Hair dryer was missing. Coffee pot didn't work. Sink wouldn't drain. Shower lever was rusted. Wouldn't lift. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were so old they were only about an inch thick. Bad smell in the bathroom that wouldn't go away.

The staff is very efficient and the location is close to the airport.

Some cleanliness issues with dirty towels and smelly pillow cases. The room felt incomplete with a mix of old and new furniture.

We arrived at 3:30 pm and most of the doors were open, and the rooms were not clean, beds were unmade. They said if we could wait 30 minutes, they would try to clean a room. This, after making reservations a week in advance. We asked for our money returned for the 2 nights, which they honored. Never again. Take this place off your website.

It was close to where we were going, and the staff was friendly. The shower was great.

The towels that were hanging in the bathroom were dirty (so dirty) We had to call for pillow cases, and when we received them, they smelled like mildew. (Gave me a headache) It felt like the cleaning staff had not finished cleaning the room (and we arrived after 5pm)

This hotel is great for families with small children. The rooms have a separate sitting area, perfect for playtime. The pool area is clean and inviting, making it a hit with the kids. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including hot waffles, yogurt, and fresh fruit.

It is a nice large room.

Our room was tucked into a corner with no real outside lighting, so it was a dark hole. Plus the Wifi didn't work in our room.

The shower head was absolutely Wonderful!! Hit water throughout the bed was so comfortable the size of the room in itself for the price was amazing we completely enjoyed our stay

The lighting in the vanity was out and the lighting throughout the room was dim which was a downer for me when it came time to do my makeup

Breakfast was sparce. Room was pretty shabby.
